3 Girls Cook host supper club at Craft London
When ‘3 Girls Cook‘ host an all black and white themed supper club at Craft London, we stand up and take notice. What a way to beat the January blues, than to indulge in city views, surrounded Tom Dixon masterpieces while enjoying the best food around.
The three girls in question are Alison, Lorna and Giovanna, 2017 MasterChef finalists and ALSO Home favourites. For three nights only (18th, 19th and 20th of January!) Stevie Parle and the Craft London team will host the trio for an exciting series of ‘Black and White’ themed supper clubs with a celebration of the best in British seasonal ingredients.
‘3 Girls Cook’ caught our eye when they posted this photo our Kuro dinner plate on instagram while experimenting with some of their potential monochrome menu meals. You can tell the girls have gone all out with their experimentation for the theme, mixing ingredients and techniques to produce truly breathtaking dishes in contrasting shades of black and white.
For 3 nights only at Craft London, 3 Girls Cook will be serving guests a special five-course featuring innovative combinations of striking seasonal ingredients. We’ve checked out the supper club menu and it sounds quite incredible.
Then onto the Stevie Parle/Tom Dixon venue. There’s no doubt Craft is a curious place. During the day, it has the look of the only upscale restaurant in this strange little village in London. At night, though, the design (by long-time collaborator Tom Dixon) makes sense, as city lights glitter in the darkness outside the wraparound, third-floor cocktail bar. Craft London focusses on quality in production, collaborating with experts, food fanatics and obsessives to craft world class products. Both the restaurant dishes and the shoppable products are created using almost exclusively British produce bought from farmers they know well and always handled with a light, modern, touch. Well worth a visit we say!
